You never need to pay more, since bug fixes, performance improving and
new features are free of charge.
We realize that this is a rare policy in the software
industry but firmly believe that it should be this way.
Features Requests
- If you'd like to see some new feature in our software write us to
support@kilievich.com;
- Note, that we have already plans list, which is rather big for some programs,
and it is very probable that your feature request has been considered earlier.
Troubleshooting
- As a rule the answers can be found either
in the Frequently Asked Questions section in help file
(it is included in all distributions);
- Sure we are ready to answer all your questions and try to solve all the problems
except caused by internal software or network problems not related with our products.
Understand that there may be something wrong within your system or network and
it can hinder our products to work normally.

- If you find that some our software crashes sometimes or works incorrectly,
please, write us to

In your report you must specify:
- The OS type;
- The software name;
- The software version;
- Please specify the situation in which the problem occurs
(may be the problem occurred when you did some specific actions?);
- Send all other information that as you think is related to the problem.
